I am still fairly new to London and kind of fell in to living at R&S Apartments or is it S&R? Who cares right? The owner is Frank and he is horrible at keeping up with repairs and fixing up the place and the apartments are full of drug heads and crack whores. Im really needing to find a different place here in London and I dont know which apartments to trust or consider. If anyone has any knowledge on a good apartment complex please let me know. Thanks
Thats right

I think most of the apartments in London are full of undesirables that bide their time waiting for a check every month. What's better entertainment for them than to do drugs and hooch it up?

I am thinking about getting an apartment at Arlington green. but I need to know approximately how much all the utilities and rent would cost together.
