It can get stressful trying to meet quota (goal) each month while the economy is so bad so it makes it stressful knowing you have to get to your goal and no matter how hard you try or how good you work your clients for that month you may still not hit it and get in trouble you miss it three times they'll fire you. I got a different job closer to home.

If you really worked there you would know that missing three times DOES NOT get you fired. There has been a new bonus plan in place for some time and while you might not get bonus every month, you pretty much have to try to get fired. They only look at the bottom 15% and let's be realistic, if the jobs for you and you are trying, you won't be there. Even then, the bottom 15% have to be in the bottom 15% for 6 months before they have any problems.

Even with the old plan, 3 months of missing DID NOT get you fired.

The job sucks, dms are idiots (most of them), and the new director is a ego-maniac. Also, its a cess pool of cheaters and liars, they just manage around them, because there ain't a darn thing they can do about it. bonuses suck, hardly any raises, nothin worth stayin for anymore.

Let's all thank Lance for telling it like it is. HSBC in London has been taken over. Managers, don't fall for it, it will get you nowhere.
