what's the work like? specifically what is the production work like? I was told that if you work in the cooler it's very physical, but nothing about production.

Flav o rich or should I say slav o rich is a horrible factory to work for they do not care about the workers all they are out for is money and no you don' t see your family at all. and as far as Union they are not worth a dime. they have the worst boss's. they most awful supervisors and plant managers. they are all snakes in the grass. If you go to work there watch out you never know what will happen.

if flavorich is so horrible, then quit!!! there is a reason the turnover rate isnt high, its a pud job. the only way people leave flavorich is by being fired! i rarely hear people leaving on their own, and when they do, they want to come back. why complain about a place that is so horrible, man up and find another job, no one is forcing you to stay there. I think that those who complain and stay are chicken shit. why stay at a place if its that horrible. there are other places like truitt, sara lee, flowers bakery, aisin, ttai...just to mention a few. so go on now, get off ur mama's tit, and leave, or make sure ur balls stay up the rest of ur life. jack ass
