I took my son there when he had strep throat.....we were there for 3 hours. I will not go back. I feel like they totally forgot about us.

If it is the one up on the hill behind Shiloh's, they always take forever...I was also there for a few hours when my husband was sick...they are extremely slow..I would go to London Urgent Care with Dr. Williams next time.

They need to take the word "Express" out of their name, there's nothing express about that place.

So, it's not just me, I personally will not go back and will not recommend it to anyone else.

I have gone up there twice in the past few months. The first time took 10 minutes and the next time a couple of hours. But, I knew the second visit would be a while because when I walked in the entire office was full. The doctors and nurses are very nice. The only issue I have is they never tell me what my diagnosis is. They just send the nurse in with the prescription and send me on my way. I even asked her the last time and she didn't really know. If anyone up there reads this...tell your patient what's wrong with them!!

I also had that problem a couple weeks ago. I went in and sat in the exam room for almost 2 hours. Before I got called back the ladies sitting up front were laughing and joking around with each other. There were only 2 people in the waiting area when I went in. While I was waiting to be seen I could hear the employees laughing and carrying on like it was party time. After the doctor sees me the nurse comes back in about 45 minutes later with prescriptions. When I ask the nurse what was wrong with me she said "I don't know I forgot". She goes back and reads the papers again and then comes back and tells me. They are very rude and unprofessional. Also, if anyone there reads this, NO ONE cares about how many days you've worked without a day off. You chose that career. DEAL with it. Most people come in there because they are sick and don't feel good so they sure don't feel like hearing you all laughing and cutting up like it's party time.

I took my son is a couple of weeks ago and had the same problems. The ladies up front and nurses joked and laughed and gave each other a hard time the whole time I was there. My sick child even commented that they were having a good time. We got in a room whithin a short amount of time but once we got in, jeez it took FOREVER!!! We waited an hour for the doctor to come in. Once he came in, it took about 3 minutes for him to try and say my son needed antibotics. That's it...no explanation. When I tried to ask, he mumbled and said the nurse would be in soon (I think). Another 40 mins later she came in, gave me the script and said thank you. Never again will I go there.

I've been there twice and got in fairly quick both times. I have no complaints with them. If you went to the emergency room at the hosp., you would have to wait along time. They have good hours and you don't have to miss work to go to the dr.

First, just because a person walks in after a doctor does not make them a nurse. I do not believe there is a RN or LPN in that place. Most of the staff and doctors are related and have no credentialing, so don't expect the party to end. Second, why would anyone take medicine when they have no idea what is wrong with them? Find a good doctor, he knows your history and let him know if you have issues with his hours or wait times.

I went to the express care, Sat. and got a flu shot. They do have a nurse there. She gave me my shot. She graduated from college last December.

It's hard to see your family doctor on Saturday or Sunday when they aren't opened. That's why I went on Sunday. Cause I got sick on Saturday and couldn't put if off till Monday.

I don't work there, or have never been there. But I will come to their defense. Yes these people may have chosen the career of Nursing, but just because they chose a career in Nursing doesn't mean they don't have a life. They have to laugh and cut up due to all the stress they are under.
As for the Doctor not telling you what is wrong with you. Well that isn't the Nurse's job. The Doctor is the one who should have told you what is wrong with you. He is the one that diagnosed you. The Nurse cannot tell you what is wrong. So I say you need to take that up with the Doctor that treated you. Not take it out on the Nurse.
You and other's that complain should put yourself in the Nurse's shoes. As you stated about (you don't care how many days they have worked without a day off)...well you know what, they don't get many days off, and they work long hours, usually 12 hours shifts if not longer. What do you do for a living? If you work do you ever laugh during your job? Do you cut up at times with your co-workers?? I am assuming the answer is yes even though some will say they do not do any of the above.
Maybe you should learn one thing about Nurse's..Be nice to them and they'll be nice back. Act like a bitch and you will get a bitch back..sorry but that is the way it is.

She's not a nurse, LPN maybe. Check the registery for Kentucky. It will tell you all you need to know about an RN

I am having billing issues with them. Insurance sent me a copy of the bill they paid and they are still saying I owe them 177.00. Get over it I paid you what my tricare told me to pay you.

Hey Im liking this Topix thing.

I had the same problem with my Aetna, they say I owe one thing and my insurance says something else. My insurance person told me to only pay what they tell me to pay, that they will look into it. Wouldn't surprise me if they werent't trying to steal from all of us thinking were to stupid to know the difference.

FYI, I didn't act like a bitch. I just think it is very inapropriate for staff to stand and whisper and laugh. I DON'T care about how many hours they have worked in one day or how many days straight they have worked. I'm in there to be seen because I was sick. NOT to listen to the bitching about how many days straight she had worked. If they want to laugh FINE do it when there are no sick patients there waiting for hours to be seen. Now act like a bitch and get one back yourself.

By the way, YES I do work. I also put work before play because I am getting paid to do a job.
