The police either can't figure it out or they are covering up for someone (likely one of their own) who killed him.

Just because a person doesn't have defensive wounds doesn't mean he wasn't killed. If a police officer had approached him, he wouldn't have been on guard. The cop could have knocked him out before he knew what was happening. Or he could have been sneak attacked and knocked without ever realizing what was happening.

I just don't buy their theory.

The suicide theory is bull crap. If you knew Bill at all, you know he would never, NEVER, have done this. He was a shy, modest, very personable man. There is no way in hell that he would have removed his clothing , knowing that when he was found, it would be all over the news and cause his family such pain. I don't know what happened, but I believe with all my heart that if he was the one that removed his clothes ,he was FORCED to do so. After that, who knows.?

TOO many unanswered questions. By the way, did he have terminal illness and also the fact remains that the FBI is the lead investigators in the case--not local law or KSP. I am not saying that he committed suicide or that it was/is murder, just that LTBI doesn't know but was ready and willing to convict someone--just as long as that someone was from Clay County.

When I was in my early 20's.My nextdoor naber committed suicide.He was not in debt not physically sick nor was he married.He left no note nor did anyone have a clue that he was suicidal.So you really never know what goes inside someones head.
