Windstream Internet Slow?

For those using Windstream internet---Is your Windstream internet running real slow lately? Mine has really slowed down.Anyone know if there is a problem?

I called yesterday and they told me that they were having broadband problems in all of Kentucky. You may try calling them.

Mine is fine well no slower than always. I think their internet has always sucked. I've had it since 2005 maybe earlier idr but I swear the dailup I had was faster

I have a wireless router....we had 5 computers going Saturday and Sunday. You may want to clean your computer out.

Mine is the slowest its been in almost 3 years with windstream. Probably all the internet shopping, etc.

I have had windstream for 3 years, I recently moved back to London and now my internet is not only slow but it goes down 10 or 12 times a day. I never had this problem where I moved from, it only went down when it rained there.

Mines been slow & has went completly out twice.Stayed out for about 8 hrs a couple nights ago.

I live in ga. and my has been slower than snails, I called and when finally get thru to ana ctual human done some speed test ,then said would put in a ticket for it, still slow , I had dail up before and it seemed faster , windstream definately needs to improve their service, wish where i live i had more companies to choose internet from ,but windstream has my area covered

Ours was running slow and kicking us off line numerous times a day. Especially in the evening, would be down at least 2 hours. When we called they thought was the "filter." We replaced that. Didn't fix problem. We had them send us a new modemn. All seems well.

My windstream internet is super slow! It freezes up and kicks me off...what to do????

Call them and have them check the system. If doesn't work have them send you a new modemn. It helped us.

Mine has been so slow for about a month, I've called them and of course they tell me it is my computer, which I know is not because my computer is new. Windstream has the worst broadband I have ever seen.

We have Windstream, and there is always some sort of outage. Usually at least 1-3 days a month. Sometimes it's slow, too. :(

Whoa, don't get me started on windstream!! I got their hi speed for three months and out of that three months I got to use it for probably 20 hours. I gave them EVERY chance to fix it. The end result being they couldn't afford to put in new lines (even tho I has inside outside wirecare), so I had to box up their equipment, ship it back, got my money back and went with Hughesnet.
I have no more problems.
Needless to say I also had my home phone taken out. I'm cell phone all the way!!

This sounds like a good thing to do, but I checked into Hughesnet and I can't get it where I live, if I could I sure would trade in a heartbeat, I sure don't like Windstream. Everybody I know that has windstream hates it, really it is just about a waste of money to fool with them.
