Please forward this good news to all of your friends. Because in all probability, you will not see any of it's coverage on CNN or FOX.

In 1611, a convergence of circumstances and developments resulted in the publication of one of the English language’s most pre-eminent books – the King James Version of the Bible, popularly known as the Authorized Version. The year; May, 2012 sees the 401st anniversary of the KJV.
When the Holy Bibles were first being placed in churches they were so valuable that they were chained to the church lectern. Its quite incredible that today the Bible is still the world’s best seller and no other book has ever been translated into so many languages. As we journey through 2012; lets hope that Christians across the globe take the opportunity to encourage a new generation to engage with the Bible.
Psalm 12:6-7 says, "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever." Then we read in Psalm 100:5 that ".... his truth endureth to all generations," and Jesus said in John 17:17 that God's WORD is truth.
He promised to preserve His words, and we believe that He has done just that. Jesus said, "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away" (Matthew 24:35).

Matt 16:28 Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Here's what King James said when he was defending his homosexuality -"I, James, am neither a god nor an angel, but a man, like any other. Therefore I act like a man and confess to loving those dear to me more than other men. You may be sure that I love the Earl of Buckingham more than anyone else, and more than you who are here assembled. I wish to speak in my own behalf and not to have it thought to be a defect, for Jesus Christ did the same, and therefore I cannot be blamed. Christ had John, and I have George."

Remember: Before the KJV, our English churches used the Latin Bible. The KJV is no more holy than the other translations, but certainly a beautifully written English translation that sounds very much like Shakespeare. The early Christians spoke Greek, Latin, Hebrew, and Coptic, among others in the vast Roman Empire. English as the language we know today - or the KJV also - did not exist. King James (of the Protestant KJV) was not a biblical figure. He was the monarch of England who wanted to give his subjects a version on their native tongue - but even the translation was not used as everyday English.

Here is a little bit of information for you guys, long before King James was the First Council of Nicea where the Roman Emperor Constantine gathers religious scholars from all over the world to discern and put together the new testament.

Check it out it's a pretty interesting story how the New Testament came to be. No doubt it was God ordained because so many men for so many years have tried to corrupt and destroy the Gospel to no avail.
