the management makes their own rules to suit their self.....they have a big turn over on staff because they cant keep anyone ..because they try to make slaves of them....they try to find fault with the employers when management need to the ones that need replace in [residentual ]management...

You must not work residential. The ONLY reason you make "good" money, is 20+ hours overtime. Which is MANDANTORY.

It is sad when the individuals make .25 (yes, a quarter) less than the employees. The ones that work, that is... Yep, that is really GREAT pay!

Yeah the management is the most decetful lying as****es I have ever worked for. They lie to benefit themselves and policy and prodedures they change at a heartbeat.

If they paid thier employees better and paid them what they are worth people may stay a little longer other than going through training and then quit!!!

I agree. You can do really well if you are an a** kisser. If you do your job minus the butt munch, you are toast. On of the higher-ups has literally ran off loads of great workers. That skanky heifer makes that place her play ground. Heaven help you if she does not like you or she gets pissed at you.

Yeah it's pretty bad the way they treat their indivduals, the ones that care for them the most is the staff residents. The managment sure don't! When I worked there I had to buy groceries because they didn't have a enough, they shopped at the most expensive store in town because the owner of the company owns the grocery store too! I definetly wouldn't put my loved one in a place like that!

they are a bunch of scum and believe me I know it. i am on big heifers ****list and shes trying to get rid of me. Been there 3 yrs and they are going to have to fire me. She is full of it if she thinks Im just going to rollover and take up the you know what. I know where a lot of skeletons are at that place and wont go down without taking a few with me.
