Now that Obamacare is requiring businesses with more than 30 employees to purchase insurance for those employees and imposing financial penalties to companies that don't do so, many businesses are finding that they can either lay off enough employees to make the cost of insurance bearable or go bankrupt due to either fines or compliance.

Quality, affordable healthcare is a right - not a privilege, accurately defined as an individuals right to be alive. Obamacare doesn't adequately ensure this right, is a slap in the face of the laissez-faire economic principles this country was built upon and is fascist in its nature. There are better options out there.

Obamacare is better than coonshit, eat up Liberals. Obamacare will save money, till you go to buy something, then your going to see the cost, it's called the Obama Surtax. It'll be great till you find out your now a part-time employee. It's great till you find out your Job has been eliminated.

I hope all you pluckers lose your jobs, Obama can feed your lowlife azz's.

And yet,the Gop has people around her convinced they are lucky to have a job that don't pay anything and has no benifits, pitiful. The big percentage for Mitt from our people around her proved that.

Go back up NORTH. We don't want you GANDERS here complaining. You come here where the property taxes are lower, food cheaper, housing cheaper and then complain about everything. Get out of the SOUTH. WE DON'T WANT you North GANDERS here.

Why dont we boycott Obama instead, this is his fault and you will see alot of businesses going out and alot of workers losing hours because of his health care plan. When you as an individual cant afford a plan yourself who are you going to boycott and remember its just not the businesses that will pay the fine so will you.

Before making assumptions, do your own research on this health care bill. I for one will be laying off some employees due to this bill. I simply cannot afford to pay their insurance. It is estimated by Forbes that we will experience a 47 percent increase in private sector insurance, while the govt plan will give you 13 percent savings. That is a 60 percent difference. This makes the govt plan sound great, and will push private sector companies out of business. Here is the problem. In 2016, the govt rates start to increase, and our insurance is based upon our salary. This is what makes it unaffordable. My salary is not based upon my net income, it's based upon gross income. Therefore, it's going to hurt a lot of businesses. Now, lets say I choose not to buy insurance. The fine for 2014 is 95 dollars. Sounds cheap doesn't it? Well by 2016, it jumps to 750 dollars, or a certain percentage of your income, up to the cost of the cheapest plan. Now do you see why this is unaffordable. You will see a lot of manufacturing jobs move out of the country, so get ready for high unemployment. I have already decided I will move my business to South America if I cannot handle the financial burden. One more thing, affordable healthcare is not a right, it's a privilege. It's not free, and someone must pay for it.

All businesses are in for the bottom line profits, if they cannot make a profit they close the doors. For whatever reason some people think business is there for providing, for the masses. If your business makes $100,000 profit and the additional health care costs the same, what is the point? Boycott if you wish, but the results will be the same NO JOB!!

A man that takes risk with more money than you will earn in a lifetime doesn't have a say in how he spends it? Now that's Obama.

You may force every business owner to either have insurance or pay the fine for those workers without. You can't force us to keep your deadbeat ass on or hire it in the first place. Now that's Freedom. Suck it. Delivery boy.
