I'm sorry but more should be done about animal abuse. I feel like people just get a slap on the wrist in KY for this and most other crimes.

If you knew the guy that got arrested you may feel differently. I feel sorry for the dogs but I feel sorry for Vincent too. Hes a great guy that has never had a chance in this life.
Thats a shame.
