They need to give him one more year. Last year was not that bad of a season. They can turn it around. Give them a chance. Support the Cardinal!!!!!!!

Larry is a good guy and I would say most of the kids like Larry. He is just not cut out to be a head coach. Larry knows football in and out and would be a very good position coach. Powenski is far from the answer at South Laurel. If they make him the head coach, football will never recover.

LOL, how many years you guys want to give him? Last year was "ok" because we loaded up on 1A schools and the district was pretty bad by 5A standards. And Powenski is worst, they need to clean staff and find someone with some coaching pedigree.

That would be awesome but since he isn't coming, how about Greg Duncum.

Maybe give Coaches and Board four more years a chance to turn everything around. I don't know maybe it would pay off. Thank you

I think Po could really turn things around if they gave him a chance. I think they've held him back on what he could do offensively. They put up huge numbers last year, this year the Line is young. That other QB is better and will be a year older next year.

Well really if the defense was better and offense could score more points and improve special teams they would be fine. lol kicker looked good and the trainer lady looks to be on top of it.

I think the qb should be changed to wb (which means water boy),he is pitiful, with all his interceptions. Then always trying to shift the blame to someone else missing a block or not being where the ball was. for Christ sake, if no ones there run the ball your self, take a knee, dail a prayer, dont throw a hail Mary. Just saying. Been wanting to get that off my chest for four years. Now feel free to chew me out. I will take it like a true fan.

Hey South needs to beat a Southwestern team that is having a down year this would be a victory and something to build on. Then afterwards go get some chicken and enjoy the chicken festival. Remember the game is on Thursday night. Hey Pulaski co may stop by and get some chicken too for the long ride home after North hands it to them

Welch and Po need to be serving chicken, not coaching. But, hey, let's get a chicken wing and give those losers another five years to figure it out.

You will never be successful because you can't support a coach, if you win it's because your kid did good or the other team is bad, if you lose it is the coaches fault, no matter if the other team was just better or not.

Give them a chance the season is not over yet and last year was not that bad. No one was beating the door down wanting the job either. I think they can turn this thing around. Support the whole TEAM tomorrow night!!!

BAHAHAHA. That was great. Welch had a losing record at North. And he's been BAD at South. Yeah, let's get behind a coaching staff that has zero clue on how to establish an offense, puts out a defense that gets beat more than a redheaded stepchild. Let's clone Welch and Po so we can have future generations of losing teams and future Topix "fans" who want to give these bums "another year."
