Has anyone noticed that Bill Woods worked for them about 4 times since it opened and I know that the first time he left he was doing stuff that wasn't right!! I couldn't believe it when I heard they hired him back...but yeah there is alot of immoral stuff that goes on their and always has...when I complained about it when I worked there I was told "the boss said they could screw anybody they wanted...just as long as it wasn't in the lobby" ...and you can be sure it was going on then too.....yeah that was some good management!!

Ben Johnson was fired. a couple was buying a house and put enough money in their account to pay it off. and only half the money got put in their account and ben was the one who handled the transaction. so ben lost his job and the couple are losing there new house(doublewide i think). And yes when i was with laurel national it seemed that every week when my check was deposited it always came up 40-50 short. and I just changed banks and i'm now with bb&t and haven't had any problems as of yet.

Why did the bank change names anyway.
The bank changed names because of a new owner. His last name is forcht. Also it is no longer just located in laurel county. They now have branches all over kentucky. I have banked with them for 8 years And have never had a problem. Maybe i'm just one of the lucky few. I love them.

The bank does not have a new owner... TERRY FORCHT is the same man that owned the bank when it was Laruel National. He owned/owns all the banks that are NOW FORCHT BANK. He combined them all into one bank instead of having 10 different banks with 10 different names. It makes it easier to do business with. Once again.. the bank NEVER changed ownership. And by the way HAHA.. not all of the tellers there have bad names.. yeah I know some do, but most everyone one in this god forsaken town has had a bad rep sometime in their life. I for one know that if someone came in and said anything about being short on their money it was always found.. sometimes the money was deposited into wrong accounts because some people don't know their account number or they are just too lazy to write their account number down or send in a deposit slip. The mistake was always found and MOST of the time it was a customers MATH mistake.. some people just don't know how to add and subtract I guess!

Has anyone had missing money in their checking account? It seems over a period of a month or two that I would miss @$100 , thought it could be my mistake, now appears to be @$500, I dont see it on my statements or online banking, but I am not stupid, and I am the only one on the account, only one authorized to sign checks, and the only one w/ debit card, so how is this happening and where can I find an honest bank. PLEASE HELP..........
As a former banker, I have to say that I heard this story all the time. In my 6 years in banking, there was not one single case that the bank was found at fault. As for a teller with "sticky finger", I don't know about you, but going to jail is not worth it, for a couple hundred bucks in my pocket. It is a good idea, though, to get your things organized and go to them for help. They should have somebody there who can go through your check register with you to help you find the error.

The name was changed to the Owner of the banks last name. His name is Terry Forcht. He combine all the banks all over Kentucky into one large bank and gave them all the same name. If you have missing money from the London Banking Center then it is possible that Ben Johnson got ahold of your money too. So far we have uncoverred 200K that he has inbezeled. Please give Forcht Bank a second chance, Ben and Bill are gone now and things will be much better. Terry Forcht is a good person and he will do what he can for anyone.

is forcht bank being investigated for these things? it seems that lots of people are having problems and if this man has taken over $200K, shouldn't he be prosecuted? is this going on in other branches of their banks as well?
