Jermaine might have been planning Michael's escape, not Michael himself. As Mesereau said, he wouldn't had a chance to go anywhere.
If wrongly accused and condemned, Michael would have stoically followed his fate and suffered in prison with integrity and courage, but it would have been too much for him to bear. I believe life in prison would have killed him.
I also believe that if justice had been denied to him, LA would have had a big-scale riot on their hands.
Jermaine wanted to help and protect his little brother, that's understandable.

Right. When in need of a man of true intrigue, people usually think of Jermaine.

It's called sarcasm. Why do you take things so literally?

Because sarcasm hurts when aimed at innocent people.

What? Jermaine is off limits too? Was that declared at your 'creepy theories' website?

He meant well and has lost his little brother, spare a kind thought for him.

Oh gawd. Not even the Wacko family is whinging and weeping as much as you still claim to do.

They're too busy thinking about how many different ways to make money off their dead cash cow. I've never seen his father look so appallingly happy when Michael died. The dollar signs were visible in his eyes. No wonder Michael was so mentally ill.

You've claimed to cry every day over the death of your demigod. Were you lying?

A very weak point, but I consider the source. I guess you were lying when you claimed daily tears over that dead pederast.

You still don't get it do you? It was meant to highlight the fact that you can't see people online, but you didn't get it.
It has nothing to do with literally crying for Michael, but as usual you twisted the whole meaning.
I never lie about Michael.

I can't see on line, but you can 'see' innocence in Wacko's eyes- from his pictures!

Now that's twisted.
