Christy, Before you write such a terible article about someone, maybe you should do a little homework and know all the facts on both sides of a case.I guess the article just would'nt be juicy enough if you told the real story.I hope something like this happens to you or someone you love some day and you get to see how it feels to be on the other side of the fence.

What is the "real" story?

You know to wish this on someone is just sick! Karma is gonna bite you in the Butt and you will deserve it!!!!! Have you ever heard of do unto others as you would have done unto you? well there you go! LEARN SOMETHING!

I Hope what you say about Karma is True! Then people who write mean-slanderous-one-sided articles about someone will have the same thing happen to them. And the other quote "Do unto others as you would have done unto you" will also apply!!!!!!

he made a big mistake but he's not the villian you make him out to be. he's the kind of person that will stop to catch a stray dog and return it to it's owner.he moves birds nest to another tree before cutting it down.he even took in a baby squirel and raised it. no he's not drug crazed person you make him out to be.shame on you

I have known Tom a lifetime. He is a kind and compassionate person. "Accidents" happen! It could have happened to ANY ONE of us! How dare anyone judge him without knowing him~ We have ALL made mistakes in our lives. Give him a break! He has had his share of painful events in his life. He is very lucky to have his sisters in his corner. I have also known them a lifetime...and I am aware of the family 'situation'...They will ALWAYS be there for him! No matter what has transpired in the past~ GOD is the ONLY one who has the right to judge~ What happened here was truly a tragedy, and an ACCIDENT. I am sorry for the loss of a wife, mother, and grandmother. GOD called her home. Simple. Unfortunately Tom was caught in the middle. My prayers are with him.

I can't help but comment on this topic as it hits so close to home. My husband was killed at work in 2001 by a co-worker that made a tragic mistake. It didn't make him a bad person, maybe he was not such a great driver but still a person that made a simple mistake that changed our lives. My heart also went out to him as he had to forgive himself and live with his mistake. I called him, and forgave him as God forgives us. Judge only with the meaure you wished to be judged, and forgive as you would want to be forgiven. My heart and prayers go out to both families involved.

I am familiar with this case--have read several articles about the accident.I am very sorry for the family that lost their loved one. Were drugs an issue or not??I'm sure Mr. Heeler did not intend to kill anyone that day.Has there been a trial yet?? I am just curious to know what actually happened at this accident.I am saying prayers for all involved.
