We have tried dining inside and ordered pizza for pickup. Both times have been very disappointed with the service. The first time dining in, our table was the last thing on the waitresses mind. When we asked for our check, it took her 20 minutes to get it to us. Just ordered pizza tonight for pickup. Was told 30-40 minutes for pickup. I showed up at 35 minutes and they could not find my order to start and then I was told that it would be 10 more minutes. Well 10 minutes turned into 25. I don't think they ever put it in, till I got there! When talking to other customers about their pizza orders, 1 came in to pick up and they lost their order. I know that they have lost our business for sure, the owner was there and basically said nothing about the pizza being late. No apology nothing.

Ordered pizza and pasta for pick-up. Both were ready on time but the pizza toppings were wrong. Very little sauce the green pepper was missing and there were olives we did not order.
I hope they learn to listen if I give them another chance.

Go to Capone's on weekends. The food is good the plates look great service is so-so. Went there on two different sunday's, my food was out before I finished my soup, and the plates are sloppy. Maybe by Sunday the cook is tired, I don't know, but I will continue to go on the weekends. Forget Sunday!!!!!!!!!!

We have ordered pizza from Capone's in Lombard twice .. for pick up and had great service both times. The pizza was delicious ... and just the way we ordered it. I don't understand why you guys had problems....we are ordering again tonight.

This is the most pathetic comment i have ever seen! You must be another buissness in the area and are jealous of this place! i worked as a waitress at capones over the summer and i never ever saw any kind of insect there! they are the most clean restaurant i have ever worked in! You would be surprised in how many restaurants i bet u have eaten in and they were cockaroach infested and u didnt even know it! stick to ur fast food eating habits cuz im sure their clean!

Visited Capone's for lunch BEFORE when they first opened and was very impressed by the friendliness and quality and portion of entrees.

Went back last week to try the buffet lunch for $9.95....Oh My--I wouldn't think it was the same place/management. Buffet presentation was horrible. The desert was by the salad and soup. It started out with a large bowl of rice pudding set in a bowl of very melted ice and it looked like it had been around for a very long time and not touched. Store-bought chocolate chips, sliced, canned peaches, and pretty sad looking brownies....The next shocker was the salad--opened a bag from the store???? and 2 salad dressing containers that looked like they were borrowed from the county fair hotdog stand. That was bad enough, but one of the salad dressings was thick gel of red raspberry looking vinegarette (not labeled) and the other one was labeled garlic (it was creamy and probably from a bottle). No vinegar and oil offered???? The minestrone soup was good--but the pea and pasta soup was tomato broth with a can of peas and a little pasta in it. My grandaughter said she could not eat the dressing--and so she said she would take some bread back to the table and use oil and cheese to dip it in----bread was as hard as a rock.....no dipping here...ON TO THE ENTREES--the eggplant parmesan and veal parmesan was good--I think the meat ravioli had hamburger in it and the linquini w/garlic and oil was floating.....We did not try the pizza--couldn't after we tried to get through everything else. The fried chicken had the look and taste of store-bought. To top it off--the dinner plates were not the cleanest......had to go through a few to get a clean one.....
Grant you we were there at 1:30 so maybe some of the stuff was not as fresh as it should be--but, it wasn't like we were there at 3 or 4. There was only one other person dining.....and there seemed to be a typical Italian family-friend gathering of management going on right in front of the buffet and another "family member?" was playing solataire on a laptop at the bar.....We kind of felt like they didn't care less if we were happy with our meal or service.......and we were intruding on their space.....It was very strange.....
I will not go back--and will not recommend to my friends or family--What happened to this place?????

I went there on a whim and will never go back. The lasagna had absolutely no taste to it, probably due to a lack of seasoning. The soup was not much better than really watered down Cambell's, and the bread was rock hard.

Olive Garden is gourmet compared to Capone's.
