A manager at this company witnessed a Supervisor physically assault an employee on company property inside manager's office. Employee filed criminal charges against Supervisor. Supervisor was charged and arrested. Once released, Supervisor was allowed to return to work. Employee was told not to communicate with this supervisor. A couple of weeks later, SAME Supervisor tries to provoke SAME employee. SAME employee does not respond and walks away. SAME supervisor turns his temper onto another employee. SAME supervisor is so angered that he knocks a spray nozzle out of 2nd employees hands.(who happens to be a female). Both employees are fearful and leave the premises. 2nd employee ALSO files charges against Supervisor. Once employees are off of company property, they call the office supervisor and advise of what had occurred. After office supervisor speaks to manager, who is out of town, office supervisor advises the two employees to NOT come in the following day (Monday) and to come in on Tuesday when manager will be back to handle situation. On Tuesday the two employees report to work as advised. They are asked to go home because manager is not back yet. They ask the office supervisor for something in writing to that affect since they are both on the schedule to work. Office supervisor refuses. Employees do not want it to appear as no show, no call, so they both clock in and begin work so that police will be called and they will have proof that they reported to work that day. Rockdale County Sheriff's office is indeed contacted. When the police officers arrive, the two employees explain the situation and are told by officers that it will be reported and the two employees leave peacefully. The next day BOTH employees are FIRED! At last check, the Supervisor who committed the assault was still in this companies employ!! ANY company that allows this type of situation to occur WILL NOT have MY BUSINESS and I plan to TELL EVERYONE I KNOW just what type of company they are!!!

It's a freaking car wash! Washing cars is about as unskilled and as entry level as anyone can get. Most employees are illegal aliens or ex-felons anyway. The police know what kind of employees work at these places, so they obviously did not buy your story! Don't act like this diatribe is going to shut the place down or make a difference.

Just go out and find yourself another job, that is if you can find another one after this freak show. In fact, instead of posting this ridiculous crap, you could have been out searching for naother job.

You do not have to buy this story- It is fact and can be proven by police reports. Also, it may be an unskilled position, but I assure you this employee is not a felon or an illegal alien. He is a very responsible 19 year old, independent, living on his own and putting himself through college. Sure- it was never going to be either employees life career, but that is beside the point. Also, please read the entire post before you comment that the police officers did not "buy" the story. They surely did as there were witnesses, video, and also they took pictures of the victim. THE SUPERVISOR WAS ARRESTED!! STORY BOUGHT!!! Just so that you know, both employees do have other jobs. As far as I go- I DO HAVE A JOB!!! I AM SELF-EMPLOYED and would NEVER allow this to occur at our place of business, which is EXACTLY why I am appalled at such poor business practices, let alone to think about the liability they are subject to now that a pattern has been set forth by this supervisor!

I am a former owner/operator of a PROFESSIONAL carwash. This carwash is neither professional nor does it clean your car. The owner is the problem.
