I want to give you a family name to research. This family has done many bad things within our community including violating NRS 116, (they managed a community at the same time they served on the board for that same community), they have association bank accounts in their name as a single signer only, they have paid themselves through association money while not doing any work. They have also spread many slanderous accusations and half truths to the community to try and spin things in their favor. I would love to tell you more, but I would like a response back to fill you in more. I also would like to remain anonymous. Their family name is the Yakubik's (Paul, Joseph, Charlotte, and a few others--family business American Family, FSBO, etc) Our community has turned to other sources for help and nobody is will to help the little guys. Please help us. We have gone to the Attorney General, the DA, the Bar Association (one of the daughters is an attorney and was serving on the board when her dad or brother was the management company, the real estate division, Fox 5, Channel 8, the Obudsman's office, our association attorney, and nobody is willing to help us. To say that FAMILY has done many bad things in the community? I beg to differ with you! You cannot slander the family as a whole, and maybe, just maybe no one will listen because your accusations are false. Now you are slandering a family that has done GREAT AMAZING THINGS in the communities where they reside for MANY years!! You sound like a disgruntled homeowner who should move where there is no association so you dont have to deal with boards & their members.
