2 lbs hamburger- very lean
1 large onion
1 T vinegar
1 small can tom paste
3 cans water
salt
3 T chile powder

Mix together. Do NOT cook hamburger. The hamburger is raw. Cook all ingredients together. It is best to get a good roast and have the store grind the meat. Cook in slowcooker on low or high, depending on how fast you want to cook. Scoop off any grease after the chile is done. Also, after refrigerating and the grease hardens, you can lift it off. If you use a good cut of meat, like a round roast, you will not have any grease. This makes about 3 pints.

Sorry in the post for hot dog chile, but I omitted an ingredient - you need to add 1/2 cup of catsup to the mixture when you cook it all. I hope you see this correction before you try it.

this stuff is too hard to make. just stick with my idea everyone. just use your human waste and it wont cost a penny, unless u need some laxatives!

This recipe is very easy to make. Just use good lean meat , mix all the ingredients together and cook. The onion should be chopped very fine. After this is cooked, you can put into ziplock bags or small freezer containers for whatever size you would need. I freeze mine and when I want to make hotdogs, just thaw and use. If you have leftovers, just mix it in with a can of spaghetti sauce and it will add flavor.
