I know one thing for sure, that hotdog chilli is great. My relatives use to buy it,freeze it and then ship it to me on ice packs! It was worth it. But, over the years I developed my own recipe that includes apple cider vinegar and honey.

no one on here has it right. but you don't fix it on top of the stove, it goes in the oven.... but I won't tell what goes in it, but nothing on here is even close.

i never said i was posting morrisons recipe, dont have to have it, i make my own and it is delicious, either as a hot dog chili, or throw some beans in and you have chili beans, like it spicy, a little tabasco, and it just down right fabulous.

Please do post it... I'm not trying to sell it or anything - but the chances of me ever getting back to Logan for a Morrison's slaw-dog are about zero. Please - I'm begging here..

I'll try out every single one posted here so far - thanks everybody.

Yeah...I got is somewhere...I will have to look it up. In the meantime, get a can of Hormel Chili without beans and heat it up. It makes one YUMMY hotdog. You need to watch the kind of dogs you buy as well. I like Ball Park franks because they plump when you cook em. To give the hot dog some kick, you can add some cayenne pepper or tobasco sause. I like my dogs hot as hell. Some people like slaw on their dogs - I like that too! It's hard to mess up a hot dog. Happy eating!

I don't know about Morrison's, but Stewart's Hot Dogs out of Huntington (there used to be one in Logan too) does ship their hot dog sauce. They also have a web-site to order from.
