Doesn't anyone know the new Vet in Logan? Like is he good person and will he be good to my animals if I take them there. What kind of Dr. is he, I know he is a Vet. What I need to know is he good at his job. I recently moved back home and did not know that the other Vet was no longer working at The Logan Animal Clinic. I would like to know if anyone has taken their pets to him and what type of care did they receive!

I've been there to deal with the spaying of one of our cats, but I really couldn't tell you too much about him. He seems nice, but that's all I really know.

As for the previous doctor, Doc Seigel finally moved up north towards Cincinnati for good.

I just recently had to put my cat down. Dr. Jeff at Logan Animal Hospital was very concerned and very sympathetic. Sad situation. He advised me that Dr. Scott Seigle moved up North to take care of polar bears.

I like the new DR at Logan Animal Clinic. Josh, he is very professional and caring, the vet up town has a very rude young girl working for him, but it has been since Jan. that I was there, hopefully he has gotten rid of her, because she was bad for his buisness, would even roll her eyes when on the phone with owners of the pets would call.

Don't ever take your animal to Knowles!!! If you love it and care about it don't. All the vets around here are good except for him.

He is not a bastard, his mother and father were married at the time he was conceved, just to let u know. and i assure u that he didnt euthanize ur dog over worms. It is the up to the owner of the animal. So unless ur animal had worms for a very long time and the damage was beyond repair, he wouldnt suggest it at all. In the end, u had to tell him what u wanted and nothing like that happens unless u sign papers to agree. So did u sign? i'm sure if ur even telling the truth that u did. so in the...u put ur dog to sleep. He is a great Vet, and i wouldnt go anywhere else

I haven't taken my dogs to the Logan Animal Clinic but with the good responses on him I just "may" consider taking my dogs to him. I had taken my dogs t Knowles for years and he had delivered puppies C-section and even came out at midnight to do it because of the situation. He did an amputation on one of my dogs and did a wonderful job and she was around a year old and had gotten hit by a car. She did great and lived to be fifteen years old and could run with the best of them. But then after him taking care of many of my pets,he made the mistake that just totally turned me off to him. I have a poodle and took him to have him neutered. He really did a botch job on him. On his little private part, it sticks out and never goes back under the skin. Hes had to live like that for ten years and anyone that meets my dog for the first time, I'm sitting there having to explain to them why his little private is sticking out. Its embarrassing to me and hurts me to know he has lived like this for years. And because he has this problem I have to care for him like a little baby keeping vaseline on it cause it gets all dry and flaky. Its pitiful. After that I found a new dr. in Williamson. Hes a great dr. but has a staff that needs to be more careful. He did surgery on one of my poodles and hes doing great. Another time I had them there to be groomed and to have one of them teeth cleaning. They have to put them to sleep. When I picked them up,the other was hacking a bit and was told that was normal for a few hours. If it hadn't been for the hacking I would have not known til later, they did the wrong dog. They said they figured I'd bring the other back in anyway. Not the point...that wasn't their call to make.I think its the staff's responsibility to make sure they get the right dog. I have to keep them in the same kennel when they go and they've always known that. But they need to get it right when it comes to putting my dogs to sleep. Doesn't matter which one I did first. I chose that one to do first. The same with grooming. Looking for a new one. Last time I took them one had a ear gashed and didn't tell me. Had to find it out when I got home. Not taking my dogs back there for grooming. I know they jerk sometimes but they could have least told me so I could keep an eye on it so it wouldn't get infected. so if anyone knows a really good trusting groomer, let me know.

I took my cat to Logan Animal Clinic and if anyone knew me you would know how picky I am as to who touches my cats....I left her there for a week cause she needed some medical care and I had to go out of town...She was well fed and well treated and exellent medical treatment she did fine there...She is very uncomfortable with strangers and I did worry and called everyday...She was just fine and still doing fine...So I'll say if you want quality care and good people to care for them I give them thuumbs up:-) Hope this helps.
