You're right. It was across the road from Wilson's Cleaners about where the Chinese restaurant is now. There was another one at West Logan also.

If you look at those old pictures, Goff Motor Sales was located where the Chinese Restaurant is located now across from Wilson Cleaners. This WV supermarket was in West Logan where Houndogs is located, now. The other WV Supermarket was located where the Physical Therapy is now in Ellis Addition.(below where K City was located).

There was a WV Supermarket in the City of Logan down near where the steakhouse is. I used to go there for my mom and grandmother, there was also a Piggly Wiggly where McCormicks is and there was 2 GC Murphys in town, oh well I am telling my age.

I was "around at the time" and this was at the base of the Backbone, across the road from the Triangle Service Station. I don't know exactly where the S P Headquarters is located, but definitely in that area. I worked at the WV Super Mkt at W. Logan in 1955, but the one in the picture is at Deskins Addition.
