Well, that's scary. But at least the mother acknowledges that her boyfriend did wrong!

The casualness of responses reflects the depths to
which society has fallen. Children are not some
lower form of life. This child should never be
returned to the biological mother. NEVER. And the man should be imprisoned not merely jailed and then given some sort of probation.

It's a child, not a cabbage patch doll that was left behind. Come on Mom, take a head count at the very least.
Is that asking to much?

You are blowing this way out of proportion. Yes, the guy made a huge mistake, but I doubt it was intentional and I'm sure he feels bad about it. He'll remember it for a long time, will probably be mandated to take parenting classes and fined to boot. You berate the mother for something she didn't expect, surely she trusted the guy, but she will learn a lesson too. People like you are why so many children are wards of the state, when they have true caring parents who just get screwed by the system.

I agree with Rachael. If this child would have been injured, molested, left in a hot car, or anything else, everyone would be screaming for this guys head on a platter Taking care of a child is a major responsibility. He needs to be held responsible for his actions. I raised 4 children and never lost or forgot 1.

NO NO You are the reason children must be hurt seriously before the State steps in --They are afraid if they interfer early or the first time an accident happens they are wrong or blowing it out of proportion BUT ASK YOURSELF HOW OR WHY MUST THE CHILD SUFFER BECAUSE OF ITS PARENTS MISTAKES OR CARELESSNESS?

It sounds like this guy is not used to having children. Perhaps he was trying to do the right thing and just did not realize what he was getting into. Give him credit for stepping up the the plate. He did a lot more than most. As long as it was not intentional and malicious. Let it go. I am sure he will remember next time. As for Revel, she should be dumped. Was it truely being irresponsible or simply not being used to having a lot of kids? She obviously made the mistake of letting him take the kid, when he was not used to it.

Forgot his girlfriend's child. Come on. If they were as close and she thought they were, the first child he would make sure he had before leaving the place was his girlfriends. She had better do some some soul searching about their relationship, then tell him to hit the bricks. His mind wasn't on his girlfriend or her son.

Wow video and everything. This much coverage for a white couple? Not likely. Keep on building racism in central Ohio 10 TV. You smell good!
The results speak for themselves. Having children out of wedlock is almost always a bad idea. Kids born out of these situations rarely succeed in life. That's not racist, it's common sense. Common sense will work with folks of all colors and creeds. So does birth control.

These single moms entrusting their young children with their boyfriends is absurd. Are they not watching the news? For a while, this was an epidemic - boyfriends beating or killing the girlfriends child. Thank goodness this baby wasn't harmed, however, negligence is no excuse.

Just another reason to have a license to have children -- or get 'fixed'.

Accidents do happen. This was not deliberate. The child I'm sure fell alseep and with all the comotion of other kids he was left. At least the guy was taking time for the kids at Magic Moutain and when he discovered his mistake, he went back to get the baby...Look at all the kids that are left in hot cars by their moms on accident. at least this had a good outcome.

This guy came back, if he didn't care, he would have let the mom worry about where her child was. He made a mistake, a very big mistake, but we all make mistakes big or small. God bless him for caring enough to go back, admit his mistake & take responsibility for that mistake. So many people can't even admit or own up to their mistakes anymore.
