I bought a new Giant bike from them. It wasn't cheap. They claim they checked the bike over before I picked it up. After bringing it home I noticed the front tire is not centered with the center of the handle bars. It's also missing a valve cap and the other valve cap is not the right color. It's green and the bike is blue. I decided I didn't want to be stuck using them to service my bike in the future, so asked if I could return the unridden bike for a refund. That way I can buy it from another shop and get extended service from them. The owner of West County Cycles refused to reveal their return policy. Their return policy is not listed anywhere in the store or on the paperwork I got. So at this time I have no idea what's going to happen. I've contacted Giant and filed a formal complaint.
