I'm so disappointed in the Stark County Park System. I remember when they passed the levy in 1997 (or somewhere around then). They promised a great park system, and almost 10 years later the progress is laughable. They need to learn from Summit county - which in my opinion has an amazing park system. I think if the voter would have seen something more substantial - such as more nice trails, and neat recreation areas, then they would have had more success.
