The harness was never checked for proper tightness? Not always on the list with the chute and such I guess. Sorry for her family.

Sky divers are bored and boring tards who have a distored view of how they and everyone else sees them. You're a bunch of foolish goobers. Jumping out of plane requires little to no preparation and no skills so there is nothing to respect or admire. Do I need to shoot herione to know that it's a dumb thing to do?

Skydiving is easy and takes no prep?
Try it, the second you leave the plane, you'll be thrown around by the wind.
It's harder than you think to maintain stability and balance. It's an extreme sport and is the most amazing one in the world. You haven't gone and done it, so don't even bother commenting, you pig.
Skydivers don't have any views that are distorted. You, however, do. It's been proven with your "facts" about the views of others.
