State could investigate doc's DUI
The Department of State investigates when physicians are arrested for driving under the influence to consider possible sanctions, if it is made aware of such cases.

This man will be exhonerated and should be. First they have to prove he was in physical control of a motor vehicle(they cant) Sesond, their was no chemical test performed(highly doubt he refused one). And third, DUI's are nothing more than traffic infractions and should be treated as such. Good luck Doc.
