Lockport Police Investigating Baby Death

I agree with you. Everyone has a right to their own opinion. If we do not like something that happened in our community then we have a right to say that. And if the friends and family do not agree with us then they have a right to their opinion. But instead they come on here calling us names and so on. So we respond to them bashing us. If we think they hurt their little girl thats our opinion. That we have a RIGHT to say. Nothing they say is going to change my mind.

I do not like parents that do not take care of their children. Tuesday night ANOTHER infant was found dead in her home on the same street that I live on. The baby was found dead in his room around dinner time, and had been dead for atleast 2-3 hours. The mother and father left that baby alone for all those hours and I guess the baby fell out of his crib and hit his head, and eventually died from the fall. I am sure after he lay there and cried and noone came up there.

It is cases like these that make me sooooo angry.... I drive by their house everyday and feel like stopping and saying WTF you dont know how to watch your children? It seems like to MANY YOUNG BABIES are dying. And I am sick of it.

If you cant take care of your kids THEN DONT HAVE ANY!

Really? you must be kidding right? MOST conversations/discussions start and end in facts. everything stephanie and proud talk about are "feelings". Outrageous as this sounds, they think they are doing good. They have spewed such commments as "I don't like people who don't take care of their children"!! Who the heck does? Get real..NO ONE DOES!! hey u 2..if u are not one in the same...get facts, discusss, learn...learn how to chat instead of lecture.... and maybe..just maybe someone will want t listen to u 2.

So its ok for you to come on here and say whatever you want? I'm not lecturing. I dont care what you do. I was stating how I felt about the situation. Someone started bashing me. Sorry if our opinions are not the same. And the only reason they are not the same is because you know the parents and I do not. The friends of the family started bashing everyone that didnt agree with them. I STILL BELIEVE THEY COULD HAVE PREVENTED IT!

it makes me sick how many of you people bash the family. i know sara and she is one of the most sweetest people. she has a good head on her shoulders, a good job, and she loves her kids. i know they HAVE been cooperating with the police but when the police start bothering them other places than their home or police station i don't blame them for getting a lawyer. i know sierra was sick and she had a doc appointment within the week before she past and was givin her 1 year shots. if she didn't get a flu shot before hand she might of then too. don't know if she did but i have kids and know the doc will give the flu shots in the winter if old enough and didn't get it yet. the doc said she had a cold but the coroner said she had pneumonia. so what isn't the coroner telling the parents? we don't know all the details. sierra could of been down for a nap and not showing any signs of anything but a cold and when they checked on her, noticed something wrong and called 911. we don't know if she had a fever or anything else. all we know is the coroner isn't giving all the information of his findings. maybe the doc is at fault. maybe it was all an accident. but we shouldn't put blame on the family until we have the facts. i know this is for peoples opinions but i think you are horrible people who want the parents to die and they might not have anything to do with sierra dying. as linda #55 what the hell are you talking about?

Maybe they are "bashing" because of the simple fact, that people are talking out of their arses and making opinions that are not based on facts. Maybe they know more than you about the case? Could that be possible? Do you think its ok to find some one guilty on the few facts that you know? As you have stated, you based your opinions on what you believe, not what you know. I find that sad. I don't know the parents, I don't know the friends. I live 60 miles away from lockport. I just "beleive" I shouldn't bash the parents of a dead baby when I don't have every bit of knowledge in front of me to form a logical opinion. I think they are innocent because they have not been found guilty of anything.

Well as discussion threads go, this one has just turned into a total "gossip column" for moms who think they are absolute. Chatting about what you think happened and what should happen to the parents, without any of the facts is pure and simple gossip. Bashing the parents of a baby that has died, is alarming. And then on top of it, they correct spelling and grammar, only of those that do not agree with them. If creating a typo separates me from these emotional vultures, then please dear god, make my fingers go haywire.
The lack of compassion and the judgemental, uninformed "believes" are disgusting. We all have to start considering the sources. Ignore em!
