Niagara County, Erie County, HELL just about all off Western New York law enforcement operates under the law of corruption. I think they all should have an annual random drug test, and some form of mental assessment, so the public doesn't have to suffer from their apparent twisted idea of law enforcement! Thats just if you ask me.
