Look at today's Posting by Robert LaPenta to the Shareholders of Revolution Lighting Technologies symbol RVLT.
What is apparent here is communication! Bob is not afraid to disclose information to the shareholders regularly. You should check the last 6 months, every 4 to 5 weeks, news is posted on there website and made public.

They are constantly calling investors to invest more money to make payroll, as recently as 2 months ago, Sandra called several of my friends to no avail.
I know many investors who would like to be involved with a lawsuit, so if someone is serious about organizing this, we are ready to join in.
Does everyone know that Carl, his son and his brother work for the company? I think that there payroll alone is driving the company broke. How about the Goeken Group employees? Why are they still around? What do they have to do with Poylbrite? Let's shed some of the dead weight.
From the share holders meeting LaPenta hasn't put a dime in yet. If LaPenta runs we should all run.

I was just offered 20,000 shares at .50 cents a share. Should I invest?

If it sounds to good to be true usually it is. If it was a good investment would someone sell at .50 cents for something selling for $3.50. With me already being an investor that makes me nervous.

I have been in since day 1. Have 20,000 shares and years invested... Yes, with broken promises and delays. From the facts that I know there is an abundance of rebuilding prior deals and attaining new prospects. Looks to be by years end with a possible 1 billion in sales. No, i will not give my source but i am confident of us coming out on top... Now whether that's $10 per share or $100 it will be a + and not a -... I am sure by years end you will all hear the good news and have a "real" ipo date.

Optimistic-
Your inside information is the same as it has been for the past 13 years, unreliable. Polybrite is telling everyone who asks, the same thing you are hearing. I heard it last month from the Horse's Mouth, "Just wait 6 more months"!
I want to talk to you and others December 25, 2013 and let's compare notes on who is right!

I would love to be part of any larger movement to demand answers. However, I am not a lawyer and have no idea where to begin in attacking this issue. I am just a concerned investor with over 20k in polybrite. When are the bug shareholders meetings?? I've only heard of the one back in October?

In all due respect. The early investors (1996) were told by Jack Goeken and the board of directors that there investment would see an IPO in May of 1997. We early investors Trusted Jack and his family (Sandra) and there group. We did not feel that we were in a crap shoot although we did believe the many unnecessary Lies that are still going on today. I say lies because in order to have an IPO you need three years of financials. At that time Jack had only one year if that. In the beginning there was millions of dollars invested into not a crap shoot as you stated. Many of us are trying to remain faithful. After 17 years some are dying. Very sad.
