Let's get a bunch of investors and show up on the same day and demand answers. Maybe hire a private investigator to shed some light on anything shady. If one hundred investors kicked in twenty dollars a piece I think we could get some answers. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.

The big investor that joined in back in October has a great reputation as far as investments go. I highly doubt he would attach his name to a company that is a scam and "bunch of thieves." He has his own reputation on the line, so that it what is keeping me optimistic. I have a feeling the people at Goeken were just a little disorganized and needed someone like him to keep focused. I think the time will come, it's just a matter of how soon.

Who said LaPenta ever invested a dime? He clearly stated he was just toying with the idea. Who said RVLT is selling or using any of Polybrite's bulbs. Please let me in on where you're getting your info!!!!

15-watt tube lamp from LED manufacturer Seesmart - RVLT announced today still nothing from polybrite - so much for the distribution agreement especially when you don't have a product to distribute ... anybody know when RVLT will be selling polybrite instead of the competition

I really feel for the good people who are losing on this bad bet. Unfortunately many of you remain hopeful. But hope is not a strategy my friends. Try to look at this scenario with an outsider perspective. One: This unqualified company preyed on unqualified investors more than 13 years ago with a promise they would be going public within a couple of years. Two:Promise after promise from this company goes unsubstantiated (never any paper trails nor proof of claims). Three: Their public and investor relations are none existent or at least not interested in mitigating any negative rumors (good companies are transparent and communicate regulary with ALL stakeholders). The only thing they have achieved successfully is running a money funnel allowing execs to eat travel and sleep well. The more time that goes by and this poor excuse for a company goes unchallenged the more these vultures will continue to siphon investor money, the more time they have to protect their personal assets, invest their own money elsewhere, and to cover their tracks. Sorry but true!

The LaPenta deal would be nothing more than a cram down on the price of your stock.Check out the Revolution/Nexxus deal.He and his son and a couple guys that our part of his group ended up controlling the company. They are prensently manipulating the stock value, look at the stock charts for the last six months. All they care about is increasing the company's market cap, so they can get their 5 million out. He is using the same model he always uses, cram the stock holder, provide your insiders with preferred stock, control the board, manipulate the stock trading by getting in and out. La Penta is the worst thing that could happen to you stock holders

To answer your questions my role is purely that of a concerned shareholder; my agenda is to appeal to investors common sense when analyzing this situation; my knowlege is anecdotal. I, like you, feel that additional pressure is appropriate. Pressure can be exerted in the form of organized shareholder inquiry, hiring legal counsel, talking to the press, corporate walk-ins and or a multitude of social media options. All are constructive means for applying pressure for answers. Another suggestion would be to come out from behind this difficult to find forum and establish a dedicated and very public website such as Goeken911.com or POLYBRITE911.com giving all stakeholders an easy to find platform.

For many of us its been more than 13 years of empty promises. They took a great name "Goeken" and promised a return on an investment based on history. Unfortunatley, the investors believed in this company and it fell short of expectations and projected return on our money. We all fell for it and now its time to and move on. There has been little if any significant communication with the company and its investors. I "heard" rumors of potential IPO's for months and years. There is little do do at this point. Investment scams cost americans hundreds of thousands of dollars and sometimes millions each year. It is frustrating and sad this company took the Goeken name and reputation and destroyed it.

I'll look into starting a site. Also my e-mail is blakeh608@gmail.com if you want to organize anything with inquiries or going to the media. I'm more than willing to collaborate and cooperate with a good idea.

This company will either go bankrupt or sell their patents to other big led companies. There is no Bank going to loan this company anything with such a big debt hole..soo its just a matter of time.. Thats why they got this new partner because they had only months left before they went under.
