Now if you go to their website you have to enter your information in order to get a ticket to attend the shareholder meeting. What the hell is that all about.

All should have received a ticket in the mail, which is needed to register to attend the meeting in St Charles. Contracts in Brazil have been finalized, and this meeting was only going to be scheduled when IPO announcement to be made. Trading to begin possibly this year; I am as frustrated as everyone else but finally these rumors have some merit.

"another investor" do you have reliable information? I hope you do because I have had my money tied up for many, many years just like you most likely have. Do you have any idea what prices te shars might be? Any information would be helpful. I hope to be able to attend the meeting.

Well I guess we will all find out soon enough, but the confirmation of the meeting time and venue lead me to believe the info is reliable. I, like you, have waited 13 years so what's another 13 days or so. I am "wondering" as much as you are -speculation at this point is meaningless but I do have reason to believe our patience may have paid off. Keep in mind an announcement of an IPO is not a guarantee, however, as a lot remains out of their control from that point.

To be very honest I am not very familiar with the process of how an IPO works. Hopefully if that is the true reason for the shareholder meeting, they may explain a little. I hope you are right and our patience will pay off.

We should all remain skeptical as this company has unfortunately overpromised and underdelivered. Nothing you read here should be considered reliable either of course. However, I do feel they would not have scheduled this without tangible good news to announce because they know they would feel the heat otherwise, and the venue and additional privacy measures taken add credence to that. Everything, everything, is irrelevant except what is said and more importantly what actually happens in the next 60 days.

I agree and that is well said. I do not think I will take the time to attend. I think that they will send out an overview to the shareholders after the meeting.

I was not able to make the meeting yesterday as well. A brief recap would probably help all of us out. I'm assuming we will be getting an email with a recap sometime soon.

At last, we can see that there are only three people that use this Lockport topix site. It looks as if they are really just as out of touch in their financial planning as they are in their ramblings on local issues. I invested all my money in Robinson Engineering.

Glad I did not waste my day going. Heard it may be years if any of us sees any money. They are the biggest bunch of liars.
