Interesting article relating to Polybrite in the Lockport Legend dated April 21, 2011.

A few years ago there was a local "drive" to get local investors for capital relating to said company in the area.

LED technology is still in it's infancy and while it was a great idea; some research found that the idea was great but methodologies and law suits involving past financial dealings were not.

Because of the historical perspectives relating to methodologies utilized by same said company relating to capital investments I gave it a "thumbs down" both relating to the approach to aquire investors and prospectus.

Not to knock the initial founder of said company and his great ideas; just from a historical prospective relating to capital investments and specifically relating to this endeavor.

Another note; a friend of mine working for MCI sold all of his shares before MCI dumped and today its part of his "retirement" package. He used the money on a lark purchase of much land in a different state; much to his wife's disapproval.....

BTW - this was a pre IPO investment for "pennies" on "dollars" - wonder how many folks went for the "deal".

I have been doing alot of research on polybrite lately and I see that they are using patented technology that NO one else has. Investor, you might want to rethink this company. The Brazil connection is worth 250 million. They have several key players: Johnson Controls, Mellinium, Commerce, UBS, X Speaker is lobbying, and even thro they are laying low now, I think they could run off some very high numbers. Just my 2 cents

Saftey products, their legacy "not so cutting edge" patents or their "Brazil" connection won't help them.

I may just get a lawyer... this is bull... Sure company looks like it had great potential..Did Brazil fall through... I am starting to think this was all a scheme... I hear one thing and nothing then another and nothing.... You can't even update your investor relations page.... If we are lucky it has been once a year.. and thats bull.. calling you doesn't get us anywhere... WE DEMAND HONEST ANSWERS.. if the company is in the red and not going anywhere. you can at least tell us so we can stop counting ghost sheep. Mr. Sienna... if this is the kind of company you run then i feel sorry for the ones around you...

They have been talking about an IPO for the past few years and I have not heard anything about Brazil. They seem to be paying their employees.

I heard they are selling the Goeken Group and that we will only get like $5.00 to $7.00 a share. What a joke.

Well that is better than nothing. Especially since our money has been tied up so many years. I would take almost anything at this point. Disappointing yes but at least it is something.

How reliable is your info? I hoping you meant $50.00 to $70.00..

Not sure how reliable this source is but it is the same one that kept saying there were going to go public for the last two years and still nothing. Also have not heard anything about the Brazil matter. They posted on their website a meeting on October 22, 2012 but still not time or nothing else. Believe me I wish I meant $50,00 to $70.00 but that is not what he told me.

Well there is something with Polybrite & Brazil but I am not sure what that translates into for us as investors. They just need to get the ball rolling with something......and SOON hopefully!
