Truth being noone could come in and turn THE BUSH MESS around in four years,so 2 scapegoats were allowed to run.

T Rout you old 4 eyed fu****.You showed your Dick smoking face back here after making a complete idiot out of yourself.
senor if you are not in the bracket where you pay half your income then you really shouldn't have any say in any voting anyway. You poor bast**** need to sit on your brains and go along with the folks that make a good living and don't bit** when they have to pay their fair share.
your retirement,401 whatever is tanking, pull it out,so you lose a 10-20k on each one you close, you take the loss, pool your money resink it into something else,if your not an idiot you'll come out well ahead.I did that bought 850+ acres of vineyards in argentina,(where $1USD =3.8AR PESO.)bought 4 tractors, fertilizer, rejuvenate d the land, they couldn't afford to do it,producing a 1/2 times more grapes minimum.everyones happy i'll retire at 50.I could of sat and watched and bitched, and worried about losing a little money.
If you feel you are being screwed in the Usa there are plenty other places that will take your money and make you wealthy while they are at it.The people on here complain while their money disappears, then they have nothing. Then have a hissy fit of a few dollars for a library.

ANY high school education will ONLY get you that. Did you expect to graduate high school and make 60,000 or more a year? Get out of your fairy tale dream and get a college education.

wow a college education. a doctor needs medical training. a lawyer needs to learn the laws of the land. ok. 120 thousand and a diploma, yeah right. it seems like with all these college educated people, our country is been going down hill the last 20 years. i think college educated people have gotten us in the situation that this country is in. both democrats, and republicans.

It's not the college education but the unions that caused some of this mess. More companies would stay in the good old USA to manufacture but unions have pushed them out. Unions wages for manufacturing jobs are way out of line. We could not afford to buy things made in America with unions now a days.

Unions we had were good a long time ago. They still do have a time and place. But if your a small business they should not be able to say who works. The union now is all favoritism. If your dad is a top person why are the kids. The unions now a days want the most people working doing the least work.

The attitude is pervasive in our society. It may even have become part of our culture.

Everybody wants their own little kingdom to include all of their cronies and they want it as large they can possibly make it.

It's in every organization: unions, management, education, and the worst offender of all, government.

What the heck... the USA had a good run...

A while back it became entertainment for me. I love watching just how horribly far this country can deteriorate.

It's quite entertaining once you've managed to anesthetize yourself to the sheer magnitude of how far the country has already fallen.

"the sheer magnitude of how far the country has already fallen", in full agreement with this post. This country is on a downward spiral and some have sniffed the sauce and drank the kool-aid. The question is are we all this dumb? I hope not!!

how far fallen its people who think they do not have to work and people who think they shoud work because they are in a union. What happened to quality and quanity. Thats what makes us great not a union that says you did too much let the next guy do it. People like to work when they feel like they are paid what they do.

Unions served their purpose when people were working 12+ hour days doing back breaking work for pennies. That is not the case now and they have gone way overboard.

The fact that I can't walk in a local grocery where a cashier can clean up a spill near the cash register is a great example. The cashier can't clean it up because the union says so. That job belongs to some other overpaid goof that is sitting around waiting for a spill to happen. All the while - both of these employees are making $10-$20 per hour to push a broom or run an item through a scanner. It's nuts.

The same applies to construction or any factory job. God forbid someone want to help another position out. It can't be done because the union says so. By helping you are taking away the job of someone lower than your position.

They are out of control and the only silver lining in this economy is that maybe more and more businesses will stand up to the union stronghold and put them in their place.

Another perfect example is the city of Joliet who's employees would rather see people get laid off than to have an overall cut on everyone. That's pathetic and you hear about it everyday.

Let's not forget the biggest local example occurring right now. The officer that killed the young guy on I-55 with a BAC over 3 times the legal limit. That guy may still be on paid leave. If it were you or I in our jobs, we would have been fired by now. What's the hold up? If it looks like a drunk duck, smells like a drunk duck and tests like a drunk duck - it's a drunk duck.

Who told you that? Rush Limbaugh? I find it ironic that union workers tend to be a backward-assed, ill informed bunch of small minded jingoistic rednecks. That makes their support crucial to any Republican seeking high office. YET, those same union fools benefit from the modern union system which is just about as left wing (give-me-my-freebies because I am owed) as you can get.

In short, being "for" unions is like being "anti-business". Thus, no fiscal conservative (Republican) should be "for" unions. Yet because so many union workers are easily duped by fear tactics (immigration, foreign trade) they end up voting for Republicans in Presidential races. Its quite comical really.
