10 foot drop without fence or railing

Looks like the city of Lockport is more concerned with the landscaping by the new McDonald's then the safety of the citizens.
the ponds by Wal-Mart are all fenced in

I have called the city offices twice and e-mailed them and they don't seem to care or until someone is hurt them maybe because I bet they will fine the developer.

The old Dreams has a danger sign on it, what is the city doing for that. Nothing so don't talk about danger until you fix everything that is suppose to be fixed.
