Tommy Boy is grasping at all the votes he can garner with the upcoming election knowing full well his odds of being re-elected are slim. You f'd the county up and still to this day blame the prior administration that vacated office close to 8 years ago for the current problems in the county.

Well I have something for you to suck on. you are much less than 1% of the population so when my kids raising, church going majority has finally been pushed too far, we will yank your bed fellows from government and send you skipping right back into the closet!

In the modern West, major studies indicate a prevalence of 2% to 13% of the population.A 2006 study suggested that 20% of the population anonymously reported some homosexual feelings, although relatively few participants in the study identified themselves as homosexual.

As of January 1, 2009, it is known as the "rule of 17s"
__________

17% of the population is born with 100% hardwired heterosexual orientation and has no attraction to other people of the same sex.

17% of the population is born with 100% hardwired homosexual orientation and has no attraction to other people of the opposite sex.

66% of the population is born (to one degree or the other-see link) with bisexual orientation and is attracted to people of either sex. A bisexual person can choose and often allows pressure from friends, family, and/or church; to dictate who he/she should love and/or marry.

ITs amazing what institutions of higher learning will waste tuition and taxpayer money to research. Must have a homosexual leaning bias, trying to make it look like a normal act. Probably received some money from a pro gay group or something

Maybe Suozzi should spend some time on lowering taxes in Nassau County which are among the highest in the nation.

Unwiredone, do you define your heterosexuality as a "state of being"; or an "act"?

Surely there is more depth to you as a person than just being self-defined as a sex "act".

Your self-trivialization reveals itself as a cover for a more complex "you" who harbors homophobia. homophobia = fear and loathing of the unchangeable homosexual element within oneself.

You are within the 13.2% range of the bisexual population who fit solidly in the #2 (homophobic) spot on the chart:

What your missing is that the 99% you refer to are mostly A-P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C on the issue.

Meanwhile, we're in the media, on the news, in the television and movies winning public sympathy and support - look what that 1% has accomplished over the years - and continues to do so unabated by your big talk no action types.

Besides, where would you get your lesbo porn - you know you like it - don't you fat boy?

let's get something straight my little poofter,
here in the states our liberal, lawyers and politicians & media have everyone frightened of being labeled a racist, homophobe etc. just look at our hate crime laws. this was all in part and stemming from the civil rights movement. Never the less more and more of my silent majority are seeing through the B.S. The 1960's & 70's are over. Your kind still can't get married in California. Your not gaining support. Normal people despise your kind. We buy the papers and watch the news on the telle to gawk and laugh at you from the comforts of our homes. Go to any bar and when the news comes on and has a story about YOU PEOPLE look around see how many shake their heads in utter disgust? Is your father proud of you. do you kiss and hold hand with you lover at his table, does he tell his friends he's so proud that his son gives a better hummer than his daughter or wife? Next time your at some rally, look around you at the freak show! Homosexuality IS a mental disease. I don't care what you people pressured some organization into saying but look around you, your freaks. Now go back in the closet where you belong!

Yes, the hate crime laws and anti-discrimination laws have been and continue to be very effective for us, as do the human rights legislation. The removal of homosexuality from the DSM was also a great boon. That is why marriage is so important, you see, it recognizes gays legally and that makes it “right”.

Yes, some of the older folk are set in their ways, but the kids in school are being taught that it’s OK to be Gay, or straight, or whatever they want to be. You say homosexuality is psychological and a choice but do you understand the implications of your belief that it is nurture rather than nature?

The 20% you yourself say reported some homosexual feelings may just be all that more comfortable with becoming gay, especially during that “confusing” adolescence period and we will be right there to support their decision. That is not to mention all the transgendered children that are, at this very moment, passing as the opposite sex in schools. Who are they dating, hummmm?

Your children’s children will be amongst those whom you now “despise”.
And this angers you because you know it is true and that there is nothing that you can do to stop it!
