i think the politicians of this state not only cannot keep their pants on but lost their intregrity and their balls to do whats right. these lawyers should get the same justice as every 1 else thats y justice has eyes but we are taught justice is blind. its all fixed. BOCES is so poor they had to consolidate most of their programs into a few select buildings. that shows you hos jacked up the state is. these fat cats need to be made an example out of. as a former boces student I feel they need to feel what some of went through. end of story

If ever there was a reason for eliminating BOCES, an entity that is accountable to no one now is the time. Another layer of state fat that does not answer to the taxpayers. They have no transparency about how they bill school districts which means.... taxing the poor slobs that own property and pay property tax.
Abolish BOCES.
I agree-those Crooks not only have a 'Finger in the pie',they've got an entire fist in the pie!

Get to the bottom of all the corruption and nepotism in the NY State System before you offer any deal.
Yeah, but problem (?) is that you'd be left with no politicians at all. ;-)

BEWARE OF THE "CONCERNED" PARENTS GROUP... THEY ARE LIARS AND DO THE DIRTY WORK OF THE UNION! They prey on the emotions of real concerned parents and exist only to further the greedy agenda of the teachers union. The teachers union is the root cause of tne the problems with education in our communities.

Note: Before anyone starts with the teacher bashing cry, My issues are with the deceptive practices of the teachers union, not the teachers per se!

And the downside is..? HAHAHAHAHA

What Cuomo should have done was to go flat out against the smallest fish here, that is the guy with the smallest pension/least involvement. Crush him and come back with a huge fine/serious jail time and the rest of them would be lining up to surrender after they cleaned their pants. Put one guy with a $2,000 pension that he wouldn't have started to collect for 10-15 years from now in the joint for 20 years with full asset forfeiture, that is home, savings, car, future earnings and a lifetime ban from returning to NYS after completing his sentance and you'll have JUSTICE. Anything else is just blowing smoke.
Maybe we'd just get lucky and he'd did of anal collapse after becoming someone's girlfriend.

For the Attorney General - since you plan on letting the lawyers off the hook, why not have a 30 day amnesty period for those who may be illegally collecting pensions in the State. After the 30 day grace period start a review of all the people who collect pensions and thos ethat are still in the system should go to jail.

Make sure they pay the money back as well as the cost of the investigation.
