I have been trying to find out anything about it to make sure everyone lived. I was worried. I saw it right after it happened and saw them take the people away. I was concerned at how the people were doing.

For those concerned...There was a 35 year old woman killed in that accident. She was a co-worker and a friend of mine. Her and her husband were making a left turn when a truck (security or armor) ran a red light and slammed into the passenger side of the vehicle @ 65mph. She was in the passenger seat. The car was unrecognizable after the wreck and it was said that the truck was one with the car. Her husband survived the crash. Please keep her and her loved ones in your thoughts and prayers! And if anyone has any other information please let me know.

I will keep her and her loved ones in my thoughts and prayers. Since I saw the cars it has bugged me ever since. I heard there were 4 people in her car and one was a child. was that truth? Please let her family know that there were better then a 100 people on that corner concerned for your friend and her family. and please let us know how they are all doing. Thank You for taking the time out of your grieving to let some concerned people know what was going on...

My family was on the way home from IKEA when we came across this accident scene. I am so very sorry for this family's loss. Thier car was just unrecognizable. You could tell they were t-boned. I had to search to find anything out about this accident. Seeing that car made me appreciate the cranky babies in the back. My families prayers are with you.... I am so very sorry...

For those of you concerned, I am sure the family greatly appreciates it. Yes, there was a child in the car and he is doing fine. Him and his father were released from the hospital yesterday.

That truck was coming at me head on after making a left from Middlebelt onto Plymouth. It was going well over 65mph. I was barely able to swerve to avoid being hit. Seconds later, I saw the crash through my rearview mirror. It was the worst crash I have ever seen. The guy was going the wrong way on plymouth and I would have guessed his speed at at least 80mph. He needs to be locked up and stripped of his lisence for life.

I emailed the mayor and the police department about this b/c I was so troubled by the behavior of the security truck from Wal-Mart. They said that what happened as the vehicle approached the traffic light at the shopping center and Plymouth Rd is that truck started accelerating on its own. The guy was trying to brake. Witnessing the truck on Plymouth, I can believe this b/c it did not look like anyone had any control. I saw it continue to pick up speed unbelievably as it approached the intersection. Anyone could see that it was going to be a bad accident no matter what. Understanding that, why would Wal-Mart allow one of its trucks to be on the road when its in this condition?

Yeah, I didn't pay attention to who was driving the truck. My attention was on the truck jerking around the road.

Just in case, anyone is interested and can help. The Traffic Department is looking for eyewitness statements as they continue their investigation of this incident. They're trying to decide whether or not to charge the driver of the truck with manslaughter.

To all,

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. My Son and I greatly appreciate it. My wife was a beautiful person and a terrific mother and she will be missed tremendously. I never quite realized just how many lives my wife has touched, but I do know that she was everybody's friend. I am not exactly sure what happened, as it is still under investigation by the Livonia Police Department. I wish to thank all of the people that stopped to help my family in our time of need, as these days most people are just to busy to stop and help. I would also like to thank you all for your concern.

Sincerely,

Ken Feliks
