Who operates the 1/2 way house off of Airport Road on Carr Avenue? Are they actuall ex-cons? Sex offenders? Or recovering addicts on parole?

Why didnt they put it in the Housing project, they only have a 50% occupancy over there.

These people deserve a second chance. They are not hardened criminals. They have just had bad family lives and such. Everyone is not born with a silver spoon in their mouth. So just dont put them down until you know them. They are not bad people.

I don't have a problem with giving people a second chance and they have to be somewhere. HOWEVER CHILD MOLESTERS are a different story. Thease things are SUB-HUMAN. They should be hung on the public square.

It shouldn't just be up to the mayor it should also be up the neighbors. Don't you all sit there and tell me that you want one next to your house or your a liar unless of course you have some family that needs to be in it. just off airport road on carr avenue, third house on left. no idea why they are 1/2 way. hopefully not sex offender, probably just dopers, but that is bad enough.

if a preacher wants to operate such places, they need to open them right BESIDE their church so they can keep an eye on things. any idea who it was that opened these up?

I know that these people have to live somewhere, but seems that at least letting the neighbors know it was there would have been nice. Not very likely we could have voted or had a choice but awareness would help.

I agree.Everyone need to be aware.It's s shame when I was a kid you could go all over your neighbor hood and not worry about someone harming you.You can't even let your kids out in your own yard alone there is so many sick people around.

Yes I do know one that did live there and I know he just had a very bad home life and he just couldnt pay his fines. Not a bad person at all. He had no breaks in his life. And I do know with the right guidance and help he could make something of his life. Grow up every one is not as rich as you.
