We, want a Divorce. As I wrote, this is Uncontested, we are not fighting over anything...... We are being Civil.. Just wanted to know who a Good Attorney would be, and what the cheapest way to go, when both Parties are in Agreement, on Everything....
Sounds like maybe you had a Not so good experience with a Divorce....Sorry about that, if that is the case.

I just wanted some good Advice......

I really

Can't help with any advise but I would like to commend you on your handling of previous post! If you can be that civil with that kind of insults, you must not be too hard to live with! Good luck to you!

Get EVERYTHING in writing!!!!! Do NOT do any verbal agreements without them being put into print and signed by both parties. I made that mistake and I am paying for it dearly now. Trust me, you want to take my advice hun. Hope this helps.

If it is uncontested and no children envolved almost any lawyer can do it for about $300 dollars. I know, believe me I know.( had 5 divorces over a 40 year period. Don't burn too many bridges if you can avoid it. You are not required to become angry and God will forgive you if you ask him, even if you don't think you need too. You sound like you have a good head on your shoulders. Good luck and God bless you.

The cheapest way to go is to not get married in the first place. There's a reason they call marriage an institution-you'd have to be out of your mind to enter into it. To all the men out there-just find some bitch you hate and buy her a house. Skip the middle part. You'll get out cheaper in the long run.

I used Scott Lytal in Cookeville. It was an uncontested divorce, cost around $600.00 and from the date that we filed, it was 60 days until it was over. He takes everything down, and has your ex spouse-to-be come in and goes over what you put down with them, if no conflict, then its ready to go!

the attorney's fee was like 4 hundred something with the court fees making up the rest of the cost. I paid it all with one check (he said i could pay his fee first then the other later, but I decided to get it all out of the way)... maybe it was a total of 645 or 625 though, if you call and ask him , he'll give you the amt of all the fees total. :)
