Wow!! 111, now that's old. I bet this guy had some great memories and it sounds like he was well cared for by his relatives. Finally a happy ending to a life well lived.

Best of all is that he won't have to endure Sarah Palin ever again.

Relatives told local newspapers that he didn't smoke or drink alcohol, and also exercised. But he had a big weakness: strawberry ice cream.

Sounds like my lifestyle lol..
Amen to the ice cream...

Rest in peace old man

Hey JPS...

Watch this video and share it with others. It will show what caused the mess. Without knowing the cause, a solution can not be found. This bail-out will be one of many if a true solution is not found.

What history he must have experienced to live that long! Hopefully, his family has many good memories and stories to pass down from this supercentenarian.

I agree with the sentiment of a few of the posts here; the memories, the history, the inventions he saw come to life. The list goes on and on as to what a person that old in today's world could say they lived through. From vaudeville to video; from rotary telephones to cell phones; world leaders rising and falling. I can really go on the more I sit here and think, so I think I'll stop now
