It is an Avenue, big construction cars are passing
at sound speed, also morning commuters, evening commuters and grass cutters in between...
I complained to the local Pokice, in vain, my house
is a small one, has cracks on foundation already.

Yes, 1)You can move or 2)You could check your local law enforcement's records. Lot's of places have parking bans, NOT going-across bans. If there isn't something for your street, you should sound-proof your windows. If it's too hot, turn on the A/C.
