On the corner of Old Short Hills Rd.( the older shr road) a sign was posted for no turn on red. Won't it make more sense to have a green arrow to turn right when the traffic coming East to West on Northfield have a green arrow to make a left onto Old Short hills Rd.? Many cars are cutting through the cleaners parking lot to avoid waiting for the light.
I know that 280 isn't under your jurisdiction, since the overpass from the Parkway onto 280 West was completed there has been no sign posted to warn traffic that the new lane ends.
