SPRINGFIELD - A suspected crack cocaine dealer, arrested Jan. 13 with a Ruger .40-caliber handgun, was released Jan. 15 on a $25,000 bond, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Harris' bond was initially set at $525,500, then reduced to $25,000, according to Sheriff's Chief of Operations Perry Rushing.

Who was the Judge that released this criminal, is he represented by the Public Defender's Office or a private attorney- if so who are they? Thirdly, did the DA Scott Perrilloux fight this bond reduction or approve it? Was the DA evev representing at the hearing? There had to be a reason for this to happen- what was it? Will there be an investigation into how this happened?

Who was paid off? This is why the LA Ethics Laws should include the Judical Department. Jindal himself has acknowledged on local news during 2004 Governor's election that, "We all know La has a corrupt judicial department." Yet the Judges also get to decide if Ethic laws are broken.

This is a great representation of LA by LIV Parish Judicial Dept.

anyone realize that since this happened the Sheriff and DA stopped posting bond amounts in the local news paper---that is how they deal with the discrepancies.....and cover their azzes when they know favortism is a routine part of their Good Ole boys system.

I would bet Wayne Stewart is the attorney pocketing quite a bit of the money these druggies pay for him to march across the street and get the bonds reduced, sharing half of the payoff with the judges.....it is done routinely---wake up livingston parish citizens and become aware of what is happening in your parish.

Read on about Perrilloux....he is not worthy to be the Da in LIV. Vote: We need a change.
And the $170,00 he had the Local Parish council give him a day after a local bust with the same amount of cash confiscated...one day before...it's all on the net...
