If only someone would read through this court case and look at all of Judge Bennett's rulings throughout, and the actions of ADA Charlotte Herbert concerning this case, they would see that it is a sin and shame that this governmental entity even has the authority to put someone to death without any review of the case whatsoever, and the Louisian Supreme Court only backed them.

Gerald Bordelon may wish to die, and be volunteering for execution, but his case had more constitutional violations within it than any governmental agency would dare to admit ---rather they are going to rush to execute someone whom was prosecuted by the hand of the devil herself.

ADA Herbert will have to answer to God for her deeds just like Gerald Bordelon will have to do, and she is no better a person by the lies she told to the courts in order to get the conviction. Livingston Parish will bear the shame of thier deeds and each and every juror should have known what went on during the entire proceedings before accepting involvment in the case.

It is also the LAW of the LAND for Assistant District Attorney Charlotte Herbert to turn over all evidence including exculpatory, and the evidence which was given to her by East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Detectives which she refuesed from the day Perilloux took the case from East Baton Rouge Parish.

Also, they kept the Death Threat Letters that Jennifer Bordelon sent to Gerald Bordelon off the record for reasons amongst other evidence.

The person's name that helped Jennifer write and deliver the death threat letter's has been provided to the FBI Profilers that helped prosecute the case, and should be followed up on.

How long they can keep their secrets will only be determined by how long the FBI allows them to be kept.

13 FEDERAL LAWS were violated within the letters, and only someone without ethics and no desire for Justice would allow them to remain unprosecuted. There are witnesses that know what happened regarding the letters, and they should be questioned by the authorities.

We shall be waiting to see if these crimes get prosecuted or not.
