I am against traffic impact fees that a developer/builder would have to charge back to the new homeowner. Why a TRAFFIC impact fee on my new home? The roads do not know to break down under my tires just because I'm new to Ascension Parish. Makes more sense to put a TRAFFIC impact fee on all cars, trailers, etc. that cause wear to the roads. That way, everyone pays per vehicle.
