Panel OKs tobacco settlement sale

I could not agree with the State Treasurer more. The Blanco Administration should not touch the rest of the Tobacco fund, especially not before accounting for the $3 billion in Road Home Money unaccounted for. Explain to the citizens and legislature where the Raod Home Money went, not ask for more money. Why does LA need this cash now. One Administration should not be able to cash in all the tobacco funds.
