Monty is a Good Friend & a Good Man

We Need Your Help

Monty was on a cross country flight from Greenville, AL to Cleveland, MS in an AT-602 aircraft N5013C

His last communication was via a text message that he sent at 12:01pm on Friday 1-2-09, that stated that the weather was turning bad & he was about 200 miles from Cleveland, MS. "If he was still on his original coarse", this would have placed him approx 5-6 miles S-SE of Demopolis, AL. If you know anyone that owns property in this vicinity, CALL THEM & ask them to please help us find Monty.

At 1:42 pm, a "Low Flying" turbine engine aircraft was reported a few miles E-SE of Louisville, MS.

Louisville, MS is approx 90 miles W-NW of Demopolis, AL & is within a rocks throw, of Monty's original flight path. The aircraft was reported to have been headed in an E-NE direction of approx 80 deg, & the visibility was reported to have been BAD. Maybe a 1/4 to 1/2 mile.

The area he was flying over is Rough Country. Hardwood trees & Rough Rolling Hill Country.

Please forward this to anyone that you know in the Rural Southern & South Central Mississippi & Alabama area that is ANYWHERE in the proximity of his original coarse & ask them to PLEASE, drive, walk, or fly over their property, and help us in the search.
