The former owner of a North Side head shop must pay $27,000 for violating state labeling laws as a result of New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's unique strategy to stop the sales of synthetic drugs.

Seriously its legal. No its not. Oh wait yes it is. Nope its not now we fine u. Bull crap if they don't want it on the shelves pay the owner a percentage at least to turn it in. The small biss owners are taking the loss of profit right in the groin.
