Is there just ONE policy difference between Bush and Romney that any of you Repubs know of?
George & Mitt:
Lower taxes on the rich.
Deregulate the banks and Wall St.
Make Medicare a private insurance.
Go to war with other nations because they may have WMDs.

How'd those Bush days workout in the end for America? So you would like a do over?

Taxes should be fair for all and equal rates for all.Maybe there is a similarity but with some differences:
If fair for all,the rich get no different from the poor, same rates.Mitt is talking about tax reform-Fair Plan or something of this line.
Now Bush talked to Congress as did Cheney about regulations of Fannie and Freddie with their bundling of mortgages and warned against it but Congress said"everything is fine",remember? So the Democratic Congress was the de-regulator,not Bush.
So far,Mitt has stated he would repeal Obama Care.He has yet to clearly come up with a Medicare plan, but privaize, with the gov`t paying for the cost of an Insurance policy seems a good one as Ryan proposed. And the Insurance Companies already stated they could include the good things, such as keep the child under the parents policy til age as out of college and on their own.
Now War is what we are in,from Bush thru Obama. The conditions o the World are far worse with the middle east, right now.Mitt has indicated he thinks the U.S. does not need to police the World. So,doubt if this Country can afford Wars, with the debt of Bush and Obama we now have.

Yes,Romney sounds as though a good bet for deleting all of Obama.Go for this when you vote come November. No Obama!!!

When Albert Einstein was making the rounds of the speaker's circuit, he usually found himself eagerly longing to get back to his laboratory work. One night as they were driving to yet another rubber-chicken dinner, Einstein mentioned to his chauffeur (a man who somewhat resembled Einstein in looks & manner) that he was tired of speechmaking.

"I have an idea, boss," his chauffeur said. "I've heard you give this speech so many times. I'll bet I could give it for you."

Einstein laughed loudly and said, "Why not? Let's do it!"

When they arrive at the dinner, Einstein donned the chauffeur's cap and jacket and sat in the back of the room. The chauffeur gave a beautiful rendition of Einstein's speech and even answered a few questions expertly.

Then, a supremely pompous professor asked an extremely esoteric question about anti-matter formation, digressing here and there to let everyone in the audience know that he was nobody's fool. Without missing a beat, the chauffeur fixed the professor with a steely stare and said, "Sir, the answer to that question is so simple that I will let my chauffeur, who is sitting in the back, answer it for me."

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Leo

This is a great day for fixing things that have gone wrong. If there have been ructions in your relationship with a certain person this is when you can sort things out and get them back on track. If an appliance or gadget is going on the blink, this is your cue to either get it mended or chuck it out and replace it. You may also find time to tidy up your immediate surroundings or take all those bottles and papers to your nearest recycling center. How virtuous you'll feel when it's all done!
