This man is being set-up he passed a DnA test and a lie detector. Ex druggies with not so creditable testimony. This is just going to cost more money in pursuit of b.s. hearsay justice.

How exactly does one pass a DNA test? Did he pass but just barely or did he study and do really well? Would you consider a 60% a failing grade or would you give hom a D-?

No new evadence in case. Was arrested 3 days after new detective assigned and d.a needed livermore chiefs indorsement in up comming run for deputy d a. They actualy went fishing to find a d a to actually charge him. 2 and a half years later not even a pre lim. Has been postponed at least 15 times. They have no case because he is innocent. All these news papers putting their own spin on things will be answering to that very soon along with others.

. Charlie hustle it was not his dna. He passed detector test. Don't think you would be joking if you were in jail being railroaded while innoccent.

Hey, for all you numb skulls out there, he was CONVICTED for murdering her and is serving 15 years to life in...guess what?...PRISON! Yeah, that's right.....PRISON! Oh, by the way, his idiot mother was also arrested for Contempt of Court when she got unruly during the sentencing hearing. Great family.
